Trinity Lutheran School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, athletic, and other school-administered programs.

Admission is granted to those children who will abide by the rules and philosophy of the school, especially in observance of religious education.

A child entering kindergarten must be 5 years old by July 31, or if he or she has not attended kindergarten, be 6 years old by July 31 to enter first grade.  A physical exam, an eye exam, a complete record of immunizations and a birth certificate must be presented upon entering school.  Children with above-average academic ability and with birthdays between August 1 and October 15 may request testing for early entrance to kindergarten.  

Trinity is not equipped to handle children with severe physical, emotional, or mental disabilities.  We do work in partnership with the Central Nebraska Support Service Program in helping children with mild to moderate disabilities, such as speech and learning disabilities.  

Trinity will accept students transferring in during the course of the school year.  The administrator may do some assessments and/or talk to the administration of the previous school before granting the transfer.
